How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our ecommerce portal once you’ve registered and logged in. Simply browse our product catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. Order only what you need.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for orders above $150. For orders below $150, a delivery fee of $8.99 (inclusive of GST) applies.
Do you offer self-collection?
Yes, self-collection is available from our warehouse at 218 Pandan Loop, XPACE Singapore 128408. Select the self-collection option during checkout.
What is the delivery lead time?
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4PM will be delivered the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday before 12PM will be delivered on Monday.
- No order processing on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Delivery schedules may be affected during public holidays or peak periods.
