I received a wrong / defective item. Can I do an exchange?
If you received a wrong / defective item, please notify us within 3 working days with a clear photo showing the product in question and we will do an exchange for you.
The item I purchased is not what I wanted. Can I return it?
We can only accept returns if the item is unopened and in resalable condition. Please send us an email within 3 working days to notify us, together with your sales order number and a clear photo of the product in question. Upon receiving and inspection of the product, if the product is deemed to be in acceptable condition, you will receive a refund in the form of a credit note. Please note that the return delivery cost has to be borne by the customer.
