How do I place an order?

Log in to your account, add the products to your shopping cart and checkout your order.

How do I know if my order has been received?

An acknowledgement email with details of your order will be sent to you.

Can I edit my order?

Once your order has been checked out, it cannot be edited. Please check and ensure that your order is correct before you checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us at ecommerce@foodxervices.com at least 2 working days before your delivery date and quote your Order ID in the email subject.

Can I cancel, exchange or refund my pre-order item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund pre-order items. Please only check out the items if the purchase is confirmed.
